Berlin marathon training, day 2. 2.5 miles walk, 0.5 miles barefoot run.
The plan is to follow Hal Higdon’s Novice 1 program. So far, it’s mostly about getting back into a training rhythm while still giving the knee the opportunity to heal. Yesterday I probably ran a bit too much and too fast but with all the lightning and thunder I wanted to get back home as fast as possible. So today I took it really easy. And got soaked again.
